OASIS MALL, Al Goze, Dubai – This Shopping Mall designed by Archgroup who also provided comprehensive Project Management Services is one of the popular malls in Dubai.

The Shopping Mall Design Architecture is distinctively Art Deco interpreted in a modern language. This is reflected in its non-structural decoration and fenestrations created out of modern materials.

The art-deco style boasts an impressive four storey central atrium, which is enclosed by a decorative glass dome measuring an impressive 40 meters in diameter, which was made possible only by the perseverance of the Archgroup in house Project Management Services team.

The Shopping Mall Architecture intregrates this Atrium with the retail at all levels. The multi-functional atrium can be used for various activities and it gives the shoppers a natural relief space during the shopping activity. The activities of the atrium can be viewed from cantilevered balconies that step back at each level to enhance the volume further. This provides greater visual interaction between the shoppers at all levels, thus adding to the shopping experience.

The multi-functional building comprises of 2 basement floors for parking, ground and mezzanine floors for shopping, and one floor for business offices. The office space on top is segregated from the public space by separate entrances and visually by offsetting the floor inside to maintain its own privacy. The office floor features courtyards that provide light and create relief in the useable space. All the intricate Art Deco fenestrations has been well rendered and executed by the Archgroup Consultants, to deliver yet another Landmark Shopping Mall Design Architecture Project for the clients.
