Premier Inn Hotel, Garhoud, Dubai

Premier Inn Garhoud hotel with 281 keys located right in front of Dubai International Airport with a narrow frontage odd shaped plot, proved a major challenge. To add to it, the plot had huge level difference, which was effectively utilized to create semi basement parking thereby reducing cost.

The façade is designed keeping in mind the local context, with a combination of paint, glass and aluminium with minimalistic lighting. Although the fenestrations are in the form of square punched windows, the façade is accentuated with corner curtain walls and aluminium caping.
