Steigenberger Hotel, Dubai

The design responds to a waterfront location by maximizing the view of the Business Bay district and merging into the urban context with its unique style. The full utilization of state-of-the-art architecture, structure and new building materials breaks the mould of traditional forms of hotels.

According to environmental conditions and the owners’ requirements for a streamline layout of guest rooms, the master plan consists of an L-shaped structure that makes up the multiple layers of the main building when observed from various angles. This 5-star hotel has 367 rooms, a business center, food and beverages outlets, a banquet, a rejuvenating spa, swimming pool and gym facilities.
