Residential Tower, Dubai

This mixed-use tower incorporates residential apartments, a boutique hotel and branded serviced apartments. The wedge-shaped edifice follows the site profile of a similarly oblong plot, situated near the Burj Khalifa, Dubai. The orientation of the tower enables majority of its occupants to enjoy unobstructed views of the Sheikh Zayed Road and The Burj Khalifa Downtown.

There is a singular main entry to the plot with the drop-off and lobby segregated for the residents and hotel guests. The slim high-rise and its vertically-shifting profile lend the building a dynamic appearance. The thoughtful use of glass and metal with mashrabias speak of a design that is very modern with a touch of traditional influence.
