Dubai Silicon Oasis 2 Towers, Dubai

Built over approximately 53520 sq. m. of land, this development includes seven, 25-storey towers planned around a massive central landscaped garden. Two years post construction in the year 2006, Dubai witnessed an unfortunate period of recession, which led to a significant change in the layout and overall ownership. The clients decided to acquire and develop only 2 of the 7 towers.

The towers are tied together by approx. 30m wide double-storey podiums that offer community recreational facilities for the residents besides parking for over 400 cars in total. The two towers with over 250 apartments consist of a variety of unit types including 1, 2 and 3-BR. It provides health and leisure facilities for the residents offering an all-inclusive vibrant community space with plenty of open spaces on ground and terrace, setting it apart from the neighbouring developments.
