Luxury Villa, Pune

The plot for villa is a part of prestigious housing society in the suburbs of Pune. There are two distinct plots and phases which vas pivotal consideration while designing the villa complex. The massing of the villa is derived from this which seamlessly intricate both the phases to gell with the site constraints.  Phase I comprises of Informal Living/Dining and Bedroom. Phase II is a private residence with all facilities. Both the phases are linked with a common courtyard typical of Indian housing scheme which provides a  respite for community gathering. The swimming pool is more like a sculptural element which gives a wonderful reflection throughout the day & night. The overall design offer various strategically located framed views throughout the villa making it more of an experience from indoors & outdoors.
