Residential Township, Pune

This is a residential development on a 19 acre plot, located on the western outskirts of Pune and is divided in two parts by a 30m road. This project provides a wide range of residential units from town houses to private villas & apartments of various sizes. The Concept of the project in terms of master planning was to provide a grand & serene development identifying appropriate zones for apartments & low rise development.

The 12 storied apartment buildings comprising of 260 units are collectively proposed close to the entrance. The location & arrangement of the apartment block along the approach road, cuts off the noise towards the low rise development proposed inside. The retail arcade at ground floor of the apartment building faces the approach road.

The stretch of low rise buildings is planned around a continuous open space with no vehicular movement cutting across.  The townhouses are placed adjacent to the apartment blocks and the twin villas & private villas are proposed further down the slope. The continuous basement for parking proposed below townhouses, restricts the vehicular movement to a minimum. The central landscaped open spaces and the pedestrian pathways with small landscaped decks along the built mass of low rise development form an interesting organic fabric of positive & negative spaces.
