Premier Inn Hotel, DIP, Dubai

Premier Inn is the UK's biggest hotel brand, with over 38,000 rooms in more than 550 hotels. Since Dubai was the first venture outside UK in Premier Inn's history these were indeed very challenging projects. Premier Inn is a budget hotel chain and therefore utmost care was taken by Archgroup Consultants right from selection of the site, to the optimum use of floor space, material selection and other aspects of the project. However budget consciousness did not detract from maintaining the premier quality of the product. Premier Inn is a well-known brand and therefore the colours, logos and proportions played an important role in many of the finishes and ff&e items.

These hotels typically comprise of 240 to 300 rooms, Costa Coffee franchise, restaurant, bar, al fresco dining and pool facilities on roof top.

This 308 keys hotel distributed over five typical guest floors have an efficient layout, with rooms on the stem and the bar of the H-shaped plan and the circulation cores on the four corners. The corridors also H-shaped run between two rows of rooms of standard size. Pre-fabricated bathroom pods evade wet works on-site, and aid in reducing the cost of construction, while ensuring speed and quality.
