Rove Marjan Islands, Ras AL Kahimah

Rove Marjan, located in one of the landmark waterfront development in Ras Al Khaimah consisting of four reclaimed islands totaling an area of approximately 2.7 million square kilometers and is withing 45 minute drive of Dubai and Sharjah International Airports.

The main public areas are planned in such a way that they get the maximum view of the beach, with Al Fresco Dining stepping towards the beach. The pool is strategically located such that guests can enjoy great views of sea, Al Marjan island and Canal from the pool deck. The pool is flanked by loungers all around. An outdoor bar is proposed alongside the pool, overlooking the beach.

Typical Floor plate is efficiently designed as two linear wings arranged in z-shaped with central core. Total of 49 keys per floor distributed over 9 levels accommodates 441 keys. All guest rooms enjoy the scenic beach views and promenade.

The architectural language adopted is contemporary with Vertical and Horizontal projected bands to create an interesting pattern on the elevation in the most cost efficient way. There are no brash display of forms, shapes or colours. The two wings of the tower are stepped to create interest and adds feature to the overall scheme.
