The project is distributed over 4 towers that maximise the required Gross Floor Area and herald an eye-catching aesthetic in this nascent neighbourhood facing the massive Zabeel Park
Archgroup Consultants efficient ‘planning mathematics’ has resulted in the design of four towers of differing heights – two towers of 23-storeys each, and two constituting 15-storeys each, on either side, flanked by a 35m-wide centrally located plaza. The towers are raised on podiums, with the ground and mezzanine reserved for retail.
Flexibility in unit types is achieved via a design of atypical floor plates. Town houses occupy the lower floors; the floors above constitute luxury apartments of one, two, and three bedrooms; and the topmost floors on the taller towers are designed as luxurious penthouses.
