This large development on a massive floor-plate houses 2 main facilities - Immigration halls and BOH facilities - segregating the two user groups in individual buildings with adequate parking for both visitors and staff, though the entire complex seems as one unified structure.
The design language and overall appearance of the complex is contemporary with the use of glass and metal incorporating traditional architectural elements through the use of mashrabias, which functionally serve the purpose of screening against the scorching sun. Curvilinear contours, large overhangs and vast landscaping further enhances the overall environment and positions the building in an iconic context.
