The 800 villa complex designed by Archgroup Consultants located in Dubailand on a 76 hectare site addresses the undulating terrains and varying levels of the surrounding roads by having a free flowing masterplan. The plot is subdivided in neighbourhoods based on the 3 villa categories, which are executive, twin and townhouse. The villas have been designed on the contemporary Arabic look and the internal planning has been such as to address the cosmopolitan needs of the Dubai market.

The highlight of the masterplan is the generous central green that is within 5 minutes walk from each neighbourhood. The central green also houses the community center with retail-leisure facilities plus a nursery and a mosque. Each neighbourhood also has its own open space and tot lot. The design promotes pedestrian movement by linking all communal facilities and enhancing the walking experience.
