True to its tag line ‘An address for the privileged’, this dynamic and sculptural tower located in Downtown Dubai, rises above 5 levels of podium parking and offers a variety of residential options - 424 apartments ranging from 1-to-4-BR as well as penthouses in various sizes and plush villas at the podium levels, each with a private garden and pool.

To achieve an aesthetic solution responding to the ever-opposing needs of form and function, the simple form at the base is split to create a stepped form at the crown. A large scooped-out void between the 9th and 12th levels serves as a magnificent expression of structural ingenuity, with each of the floors above it, floating with a post-tensioned transfer slab. To enhance the curved form, the façade treatment is a combination of glass and aluminum.

The result is a modern tower with a bold fluid form, ever changing elevations reflecting Dubai’s dynamic skyline and a variety of bespoke apartments with splendid views all around.
