Residential towers Act One| Act Two, rising at the heart of the Opera District, flanking the Opera House, have their design inspired by the iconic Dubai Fountain and stand at the gateway to the world’s most notable project, Burj Khalifa.

Individually, 52-storeyed Act One consists of 414 apartments, while 46-storeyed Act Two consists of 356 apartments; with 8 retail units each. Both towers begin with an 1858 sq. m. retail area, and shared amenities like a swimming pool, health club, children’s pool, kids play area and multipurpose hall. These are connected by a pedestrian bridge at the third-floor level which frames the Burj Khalifa in a truly magnificent manner.

The dynamic façade flows seamlessly and stands out from the milieu, providing a variable range of roof terraces and balconies, each offering a unique view, thus enabling residents to take in the grand celebrations and entertainment events throughout the year. A viewing gallery at a higher floor for each tower is an added amenity that stuns its users with scintillating views of the Dubai Fountain and Burj Khalifa.
