Marinascape Development, Dubai

2 residential towers comprising of 200 apartments and 13 marina homes, along with a retail arcade, Marinascape stands out as a striking, modern and luxurious apartment building in the affluent Dubai Marina district.

Initially started as twin towers, the proposal eventually evolved into two different designs - each tower having its own individuality and character. The central open space between the towers acts as a drop-off area along with extensive landscaping. The higher level terrace creates a pleasing open-to-sky walkway entry into the marina villas. The penthouses at the top floors have their own private pool and a deck overlooking the breathtaking marina views.

The promenade arcade is oriented towards the sea, with long double-height corridors. The arcade opens into the restaurants and other retail outlets and also functions as open and semi-open seating areas.

The apartments are spacious and fitted with state-of-the-art automation systems. Large curved balconies along the living and bedroom areas are used to create open seating areas.
