Residential Development, Mumbai

This 2-phase development on Mira Road, a suburb of Mumbai, is conceptualised and designed along a classical architectural style. The high-rise tower adds to the Mira Road skyline, and is part of Phase 1 of the plot. The building is designed to have 5 podium levels, 47 levels of apartments, a shopping arcade and a mini theatre.

The highlight of the development is a one-acre landscaped area above the podium, allowing for natural light and ventilation. The apartments open into this arresting landscape on their internal façade. On the exterior, the tower depicts a distinctive flavour of modern architectural glazing housing a sensitive use of GRC.
