This 19-storey commercial building is located in the new City Center of Dubai in the upcoming Business Bay. The  Architecture reflects the requirement of the client in the form of a very functional and attractive building. Simple geometric form and clear open spaces maximize the efficiency and economy of all spaces. Value Engineering at all stages by the Archgroup Consultants Project Management team has contributed to the overall economy of the project.

Conceived to be a perfect address for office space in the heart of this business district, this Commercial Building Architecture comprises of offices with pantry and toilet facilities included. The simple yet elegant façade of the tower blends in seamlessly with the entire development of Business Bay.
