This project comprises of 3 residential towers of B+LG+G+UG+14 floors each. The apartments are duplexes as well as 3 bed types with penthouses on the top floors.

There is a large size landscaped common facility area with health club, play garden for kids etc at the ground level.  All the vehicular movement and parking is restricted to lower ground and basement levels.

The buildings are designed in a very contemporary style with simple elegant detailing.
The apartment layouts are designed to get maximum outdoor openings and abundance of sunlight, something which Mauritians value a lot in their everyday living.
