This ground-plus-eight storeyed resort spread across 9.5 acres of a luxury waterfront retreat of dramatic Moorish and Santorini Mediterranean design located on the shorefront of the Gulf of Oman. It boasts 120 elegantly furnished guest rooms (47 sq. m.) and 102 serviced apartments, planned along a staggered layout that ensures all guestrooms and apartments have their distinct private balconies, offering stunning views of the Gulf of Oman.

The hotel offers four restaurants along with two bars and large all-day dining facility. An exclusive spa retreat along with separate infinity pools is planned for both, hotel guests and serviced apartment residents.

The meticulous use of Moorish tiles on the white-painted façade gives the resort its characteristic simplicity and chic style.
