Corniche Towers, Abu Dhabi

The proposed development designed by Archgroup Consultants is located across a very busy and popular area of the Abu Dhabi corniche. When completed it will be an important landmark along the stretch.

The project comprises of 3 residential towers, each 20 storeys high housing 2-bed, 3-bed and 4-bed duplex apartments.

Retail areas are proposed at the podium levels. The buildings are oriented so as to achieve unobstructed views of the corniche and the sea. The treatment to the facades are modern in principle. However local arabic influence can be seen in form of stone cladding, patterns on screens etc.

Also, the proposed development is aimed to be a Pearl rating-2 compliant project.
