The proposal embraces classic design principles of pure form, elegant proportions. With an overall minimalist approach, clean lines are reflected both within and outside the building. The offices are efficient and column-free clean spaces resulting in maximum efficiency of each floor plate.

The massing of the building employs a radical approach contrary to conventional design practice - instead of tapering, as is usual in most towers, the building mass flares out at the upper floors. This increases the saleable area at upper floors, which will increase revenues for the client.

We intend to employ the latest in technology and energy conservation methods to comply with LEED requirements without sacrificing the high quality of services expected of a premium property.
