Office Tower, Mumbai

The project is located amongst low rise industrial areas in the Suburbs of Mumbai. The design is derived on the clients brief which was very straight forward - 100% adherence to Vastu Principles and a neat, simple, clean iconic tower which will stand out in the area.

Adherence to 100% Vastu principles led to the use of Structural glazing and stone cladding to achieve the desired weight distribution in the elevation. Glazing blends with stone with crisp detailing to create a monolithic mass rising 40mts. giving unparalleled view of the surroundings to the end users. similar theme hence is also reflected in common areas and lobbies inside the building.
