EMPIRE MASTERPLAN, IRAQ - Designed by well known Architects Archgroup Consultants.

Nestled in the outskirts of Erbil city in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, the mega size township comprises of 43 residential buildings, speed center, theatres, restaurants, office tower, 5 star hotel and serviced apartments, mosque etc.

When completed, it will be the largest single development in the entire Kurdistan region. Archgroup have adopted the radial grid design stemming from the central office tower, taking its cues from the historic Erbil citadel. However the architectural language clearly belongs to the present times with modern glass buildings and playful podium facades.

All the residential blocks are linked with large wide landscaped vistas offering uninterrupted views of the surrounding areas.

The podium is designed for a large number of  parking spaces considering the fast paced growth of Erbil city, The Archgroup Planning team have carefully handled every aspect of design and contemporary architecture to make this the most unique township in Kurdistan.
