Rove Marina, Dubai

Rove Marina, located within Dubai Marina neighborhood with easy access to JBR Walk, Dubai Marina promenade, Palm Jumeirah, Metro station and Sheikh Zayed Road.

It accommodates 384 rooms distributed over 16 floors. Due to small plot size the Public Areas and Back of House areas are distributed at multilevel. Care has been taken in the planning to ensure that the guest and staff circulation are totally independent. The main dining areas are planned in such a way that they get the maximum frontage and spill over areas are created for outdoor dining which adds value to the restaurants. Compact rectangular typical floor plate with 24 Rooms is carefully designed to achieve maximum efficiency.

The use of pre-fabricated pods for guest bathrooms contributed to the elimination of we works on-site, as well as improving the quality and speed of construction.
