    FOUNDER AND MANAGING PARTNER

    Ashok Korgaonkar is the Managing Partner of Archgroup Consultants. Under his guidance Archgroup has done many prestigious projects thus establishing it as a leading consultant in Dubai.

    He graduated from the Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 1980. After graduation he started his career in the middle east as an Architect with J.S. Décor W.L.L., Bahrain. After a short stint he moved to Dubai and worked with M/s Al Wasl Al Jadeed. There as Chief Architect he successfully completed several prestigious projects. Thereafter as Managing Director of Archon he completed several prestigious projects and established himself as one of the leading architects in Dubai.

    After several prestigious Dubai Municipality projects his first big break came in the form of Al Aqah Beach Resort for Emirates Airlines in Fujairah. The successful completion in 2002 and appreciation received for it was capped by the prestigious Grosvenor House in Dubai Marina completed in 2005. Other notable projects in this period were several Master Planned Villa Developments for Emaar. This run of success eventually culminated in the formation of Archgroup with Ashok as Founder and Managing Partner. Since then he has had the distinction of serving illustrious clients like Emirates Airlines, Dubai Properties, Rasis Developers, ETA Star, Trident International Holding, Landmark Group and esteemed individuals like H.H. Sheikh Ahmed Bin Saeed Al Maktoum amongst many others.

    In spite of the numerous successes, Ashok has his feet on the ground. He still approaches a new project with uninhibited zeal and passion for design. His hands on approach includes spending time with all architects, engineers, project managers and making personal site visits for all major projects. His involvement begins right from the inception stage of a project with the development of the concept plans and ends only at the project handing over. All through at every stage he oversees the design development, tendering, appointment of the contractor, supervision, material selection ensuring a product of the highest quality within the project program.

    An eternal optimist he looks forward to the new challenges thrown up by the rapid expansion programs in the Middle East and Indian subcontinent. He especially looks forward to the challenges of working in India and the GCC. He is confident that with his international experience combined with a talented dedicated team Archgroup will make its presence felt all over.

    FOUNDER AND PARTNER

    Mrs Arti Korgaonkar as Founder and Partner brings with her the extraordinary talent in innovative Architectural Design, Interior Design, Creative Presentation and Supervision of all works.

    She graduated from Academy of Architecture, Mumbai in 1980 with First Class honours. She always maintained her creative flair and passion for work since the start of her career in the Middle East. She further honed her skills and gathered experience and maturity as Senior Architect at Holford Associates in Dubai. From there she joined Archon where she was the pillar of strength and assisted her life and work partner Ashok. After successfully establishing their credentials in the Dubai's architectural and construction circle she moved on to co-found Archgroup with Ashok and Essam.

    Since then she has been actively involved in all aspects of the phenomenal growth of Archgroup.

  • Essam Galadari

    FOUNDER AND PARTNER

    Essam joined hands with Ashok as Founder and Partner to establish Archgroup. He has brought with himself 23 years plus experience in the construction and development industry of which he has spent 14 years in senior leadership/management position.

    He completed his B.SC (Honors) Civil Engineering from Polytechnic of Whales, U.K. in1985 and Post Graduate Diploma in Structural Engineering from University of Southampton, U.K in 1986.

    He started his career as Project Manager with the Dubai Municipality in November 1986. Thereafter he served as Head of General Projects Section, a challenging position which he held for another twelve years. He further served Dubai Municipality for two years as Head of Roads Construction before joining Emaar in 2000.

    Issam joined Emaar as Executive Director of Projects in the year 2000 and managed a spectrum of projects for the company in the UAE. Thereafter he was appointed as the Managing Director for Emaar's International operations in 2005. Issam was further entrusted with additional responsibility as the Managing Director of Emaar Bawadi Joint Venture in the year 2008. Whist holding the 2 positions (MD Emaar International and MD Emaar Bawadi JV) Issam was commended with the position of CEO Emaar Properties in the year 2008 which he currently holds.

    Issam is a member of several professional associations including the UAE society of Engineers and the Institution of Civil Engineering in the United Kingdom.

    Issam has contributed to Archgroup with his wealth of experience gained over the years leading large government and private organisations in the building and construction sector.
