Galadari Tower, Dubai

Nad Al Sheba, Dubai, UAE

This 30-storeyed tower has been developed in the City of Arabia master plan in Dubai. It is a typical mixed-use building in this development. The ground floor is primarily dedicated to entrance foyers for the offices and the residences along with the services, as there is no basement in the building.

The 3 podium floors are dedicated to parking and the 4th podium floor forms a health club with swimming pool. The 3 tower levels form the office floors overlooking the pool. 4 offices share a floor plate. 1, 2 and 3-bed apartments are designed on the remaining 25 floors of the tower. The tower terminates in the form of huge penthouses with large terrace gardens and decks.

The building carries a very simple yet elegant character with optimum use of glass. Interesting play of blank surfaces and punctuating balconies enhanced with rough textures and entry features create a striking, bold tower resting on a robust solid podium.
